Terms of service

1. Acceptance

These terms are between you and Keeps Printing Limited, trading as MyRevisit, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17129956 with its registered office at 35 Collingwood Road, Sutton SM1 2RT, United Kingdom.

By using this website, or by using the MyRevisit platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website or the platform.

Where a business has signed a separate written agreement or order form with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms to the extent the two conflict.

2. The service

MyRevisit provides business software: a website for the business, online booking, a live queue, a point-of-sale till, automated customer messaging, staff management and reporting.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change, add to or remove features as the platform develops.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website and the platform for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or resell any part of the service except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to store or process personal data unlawfully, or without the consents and notices your own customers are entitled to.
• Misrepresent your identity, or use the service on behalf of a business without its authority.

4. Accounts and your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything done under your account.

Where you upload or enter data about your own customers, you are the data controller of that data and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it. We act as your processor, as set out in our privacy notice.

Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority.

5. Fees

Subscription fees, message credits and any setup charges are as quoted to you and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated. If a payment fails or an account falls into arrears we may suspend access after giving you notice.

6. Intellectual property

The MyRevisit platform, this website, our software, designs, branding and documentation are owned by Keeps Printing Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own business while your subscription is current.

You keep ownership of your own content and data. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service to you.

7. Third-party services

The platform relies on third parties for hosting, messaging and payments. Their availability and their own terms may affect the service. We choose our providers carefully but we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond the responsibilities the law places on us.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss, however arising.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us in that period.

The service is provided to businesses. Statutory implied terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect the rights of consumers where the law gives them.

9. Termination

You may end your subscription in accordance with the notice period agreed with us.

We may suspend or end your access immediately if you materially breach these terms, if fees remain unpaid after notice, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination your licence to use the platform ends. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted in line with our retention periods.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will give business customers reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
