Privacy notice

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Draft — requires review by a qualified legal adviser before launch. This notice is written in good faith but has not yet been legally reviewed.

1. Who we are

MyRevisit is a trading name of Keeps Printing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17129956, registered office 35 Collingwood Road, Sutton SM1 2RT, United Kingdom.

For the personal data described in this notice, Keeps Printing Limited is the data controller unless section 3 says otherwise. You can contact us at support@myrevisit.com or on 07546 821515.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:

  • Enquiry details — your name, business name, trade, email address, phone number and anything you write in a message to us.
  • Account details for business users — name, mobile number, email address, role and permissions, and authentication data.
  • Business operating data — services, prices, opening hours, staff records, appointments, queue entries, sales and payment records.
  • Support correspondence — emails, calls and messages between you and us.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in server logs for security and diagnostics.
  • Aggregate site analytics — page views and referrers, collected without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

3. Our role: controller and processor

Where we handle data about our own prospects, customers and business users, we act as data controller.

Where a business uses MyRevisit to store and process information about its own customers — names, contact numbers, visit history, spend and messages — that business is the data controller and MyRevisit acts as its data processor. We process that data only on the business's documented instructions and under a written processing agreement, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

If you are a customer of a business that uses MyRevisit and you want your data corrected or erased, contact that business first. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will help.

4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR Article 6:

  • Answering your enquiry and arranging a setup visit — legitimate interests (responding to a request you made to us).
  • Providing the platform to a business customer — performance of a contract.
  • Billing, invoicing and collecting payment — performance of a contract, and legal obligation for tax records.
  • Security, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring and service diagnostics — legitimate interests (keeping the service safe and available).
  • Sending service messages about the platform to business users — performance of a contract.
  • Marketing emails to businesses that have asked to hear from us — consent, withdrawable at any time.
  • Meeting our accounting, tax and regulatory duties — legal obligation.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Our processors currently include:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and file storage hosting.
  • Cloudflare — application hosting, content delivery and network security.
  • Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp message delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Plausible-style cookieless analytics — aggregate visitor statistics for this website only.

6. Cookies

This marketing website sets no advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, and nothing here requires your consent — which is why you are not being shown a cookie banner. Our analytics are cookieless and do not identify you.

The signed-in application at the /auth address and beyond uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you logged in. Those are essential to a service you have asked for and are exempt from consent requirements.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data no longer than we need it:

  • Enquiries that do not become customers — up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Business customer account and operating data — for the life of the contract and 12 months after it ends, unless the business asks for earlier deletion.
  • Invoices, payment records and other financial records — six full financial years, as UK tax law requires.
  • Support correspondence — up to 36 months.
  • Server and security logs — up to 12 months.

8. International transfers

We host data in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area wherever we can. Some of our processors are based in, or route data through, the United States.

Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate. You can ask us for details of the safeguards used for any specific transfer.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Be told how your data is used, which is the purpose of this notice.
  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have data erased where we no longer have a good reason to keep it.
  • Restrict how we process your data while a concern is resolved.
  • Receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable form.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis we rely on.

10. Contacting us

To exercise any right, or to ask anything about this notice, email support@myrevisit.com or write to Keeps Printing Limited, 35 Collingwood Road, Sutton SM1 2RT, United Kingdom.

We respond to rights requests within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose someone else's data by mistake.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us so we can put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority: Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, telephone 0303 123 1113, ico.org.uk. Complaining to us first is not a condition of complaining to the ICO.

12. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our processing changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be notified to business customers directly.
